Hunger Crazed Mimic

Design for a personal project! A mimic chest that has been chained up has gone completely insane from hunger, and can't even muster the focus to disguise itself anymore! But someday a daring or idiotic adventurer will unlock its chains, and see it spread its form bigger than imagined just before becoming is first meal in ages.
